Your child is a unique individual. By supplying you with art materials, we hope Benko Box will give your child the opportunity to discover, explore, and create individual art. This process will lead to your child's self discovery and enable you to celebrate the qualities that make your child unique. Engaging in the art process promotes cognitive growth and wires the brain for successful learning. A combination of all the art experiences promotes emotional well-being. Sharing art creations helps develop social skills. We could go on and on about all the benefits of creating art at a young age!

Co Founders:  Laurie Frasier & Bev Richardson

We are a mother-daughter team!

Laurie is an Art Director and Graphic Designer. She currently lives in Berkeley, CA with her husband and two kids. She has a passion for art and seeing it through her kids' eyes, transforming their moods and showing their imagination. 

Bev is currently a Pre-K teacher in Florida. Throughout her years in early childhood education, she has had a high interest in the creative process and it’s relationship to cognitive development. It’s fun using these materials at school and watching kid’s discover and talk about what they can do. Hopefully, Benko Box will give you the opportunity to observe your child discover, grow, and create through art!
